Data Retention & Deletion

Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, you have two options:

  • In-App: Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account within the Chillifire app.
  • Email Request: Send an email to support@chillifire.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

We will process your request and permanently delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.
